DESCRIPTION:Lunch concert with Norwegian and Portuguese music\nThis lunch concert will feature several well-known and beloved\, but also rarely performed\, works by Geirr Tveitt. Just as Tveitt’s music is inspired by Norwegian folk music\, Fernando Lopes Graça’s work “Suite Rústica No. 3” is also inspired by Portuguese folk music. This will be the first time the Marine Music Society has performed this exuberant and colorful work.
